Transferring Downloads on Freegal
Get support from Freegal for transferring downloads from your mobile device to your computer or from an old library card number to a new library card number.

Contact Freegal Help using your Computer
Once you log into Freegal, click "Help" on the top right of the screen as shown in the photo below. This will open a form you can fill out to get in contact with Freegal's Support Team

Once you've downloaded the mobile app onto your phone and logged in, click the hamburger menu in the top right corner of the screen to open the menu.
Then, click "Help" to open up the form to contact Freegal's Support Team
