One of the songs that was used regarding the Charles Schmid murder case was "Pied Piper" by the Changin' Times. This song first appeared in the Life magazine article, March 4, 1966 about these Tucson murders. A Google document with the text of this article, opens a new window exists. Pima County Public Library does not have this song in the collection.
The only lyrics we can find for the song are the beginning lines, as mentioned in Life magazine and the website:
