Sanctuary Cove, where "All Creeds Chapel" is located, is a non-profit organization, private property open to the public.
History of Sanctuary Cove:
Elmer Staggs, a World War I veteran, came to Arizona for his health in 1917. He homesteaded the Safford Peak area. In the 1940s Elmer, with a group of like-minded spiritualists, created All Creeds Brotherhood. The All Creeds Chapel, the first building built, was completed in 1964.
