The Fugitive was a television series that originally aired from 1963-1967 on the American Broadcasting Network (ABC). The series was about a fugitive, Dr. Richard Kimble, who was wrongly accused of the murder of his wife. Each week, Dr. Kimble narrowly avoids capture by the police while he searches for the true murderer of his wife.
The first episode of this popular 1960s television show was filmed in Tucson, opens a new window. One of the Tucson filming locations was Room 26 of the Hotel Congress.
