This brilliant tool is called Library Extension. It's a browser "plugin" that works on both Chrome and Firefox. Sorry, Internet Explorer (IE) and Safari users, you're out of luck. Plugins are small apps that add various helpful functions and customizations to your internet browser.
Once you download it for free, you can set it to search Pima County Public Library's books, ebooks, and audiobooks.
From then on, as long as you are using the Chrome or Firefox browser on your computer, each time you look for a title on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Audible, or Goodreads, you can see immediately if it is available at the library.
Alas, it does not work for music or movies.
