Artist statement:

My artwork is primarily about locating meaning in those smaller fragments, those finer details of the world around me. I am often inspired by nature, textures, plant and animal forms, and our ephemeral existence. I make connections from those things left behind, those empty but once inhabited spaces, those marks of degradation, and of deterioration.
