You're invited to visit Eckstrom-Columbus Library to enjoy Francisco T. Norzagaray's art through the month of February.
This is what the artist says about himself:
I was born in Nogales Sonora Mexico although I grew up in East LA and graduated from James A. Garfield High School. I worked there until 1991 then decided to come to live in Tucson, and have been here since. I am self-taught.
I am a father of 4 sons.
My work is about the people of the Southwest, as well as musicians, hummingbirds, and anything to do with the culture of our beautiful Sonoran Desert. I use inks, colored pencils pastels, acrylics, oils, watercolors, and continue to create something new daily.
I hope you will enjoy my work!
