The Pima County Board of Supervisors honored our Seed Library and the International Seed Library Forum, by proclaiming the week of May 3-9, 2015 “Seed Library Week.”
The Board's recognition of the importance of local food security, our long cultural food heritage, and the need for seed acclimation demonstrates Pima County’s commitment to sustainable, community wide access to information and resources to promote healthier living.
The registration is full for the International Seed Library Forum, which is being held May 3-6, but you can still attend the events open to the public such as the free Literary Reading event on May 4.
